      WILD - F*#@^!> UP

      Howdy,

Yeah well, each time I attempt to do a WILD, I always get this sensation in my legs. It feels like they are cramping in a smooth way, I just HAVE to move them. No matter what I do, how I try, this shit always comes after the vibrating feelings, the HI, even the sounds and after some of the paralysis has struck in. Is anybody familiar with this problem? Any solutions? I give up..

      Astral experience

All those sensations are caused by the body entering an astral state. It is said and proven that as you fall asleep your astral body floats above your physical body yet you are never aware of this for that your mind blinds you from this experience with a dream. I would say look into astral projection you may have goodluck with that.

Like Jigsaw mentioned this is a sign that your physical body is beginning to fall asleep so that the astral body can separate from it, a very common experience known as vibrations.

Although the vibrations state and similar states of waking up and being unable to move can be very annoying and even scary to someone who doesn't understand it, it can be a very desireable state once someone recognizes what is happening, and uses it to their benefit, as it can be used to signal to them that their body is falling asleep so to be ready for what is about to follow.

Congratulations on reaching this state as this shows that you are very close to achieving not only a WILD state but a possible out of body experience.

Best thing to do when this happens is to realize what is happening, and then lay back and enjoy the ride.

There nothing like floating above your body in your astral body while looking down on your body laying in the bed.

And although it may not be the easiest thing to accomplish, it is much easier once your body reaches the state you've described of being very heavy and unable to move.

Simply concentrate on floating and being above your body, or concentrate as intently as you can on your third eye, and see what happens. If you are lucky enough you will find yourself outside of your body, and very aware of what is going on, having an experience every bit as incredible as a lucid dream.

      That's impossible to prove.
