      Questions about WILD.

Ok. I have a few questions about WILD, if you could help, I would appreciate it.

1.) When you WILD, do you tend to remember your dreams better? I'm assuming you would, because your partly staying awake...

2.) How bad were the 'sensations' for you? I tend to get creeped out easily, so any help woudl be appreicated.

3.) How long does it typicaly take? I just want a fast, effective, method.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm tierd, so I might go off and take a nap and try it soon.

      Thanks!

      Okay...I'll bite!

      1) Well, that is pretty much the only technique I use....& usually, recall is simple, but it mostly depends on the season.
      2) Not too bad.. Even when I was 3, I would vibrate & experience SP, but that didn't scare me at all!
      3) It depends on several factors, usually: (I will use + for benefiting & - for increasing time it takes)
~How many naps you took (-)
~How much exercise you got (+)
~How much food you ate (can go either way)
~How much water you drank (-)
~How much you want to do this (+)

Typically, it takes me about 1/2 hour to do it, but the above can change that!

      Have a great nap!

Thanks Nesgirl! ^-^ You made me feel a whole lot better! ^-^

Also, how hard is it for you to WILD? Is it easy, or does it take all this time and effort? I'm just curious...

      Thanks! =D

      No prob...
It actually used to be very hard, but my mind will not fall asleep until my body does (unfortunately), & it is actually easy for me to WILD now....but only b/c that is the only way I can sleep at night!

Well, everyone differs in personality...at least it is a natural ability in my book so I can help out others who also want to learn it!
I think that you are better off not having to rely on WILD to fall asleep, though!
