Try using new reality checks. It seems your dreams have grown some sort of resistance for those RCs. Your brain most likely got so used to the reality checks that they were no different in your dreams than they are in your waking life. So, the best advice I have is to do new ones such as trying to push your 2 fingers of one hand through your other hands palm, or closing one eye and seeing if you can see your nose, or plug your nose and try to breathe through it. Those are just a few of many different RCs you can use.. If RCs just stop working in general I would suggest using different methods of induction such as the MILD or the WILD if you can. Then maybe going back to RCs after a long period of time to see if they work again. |
