I've been practicing WILD for the past few days and i was hoping someone could shed some light on my experiences with it.

1) I'm trying to do it in the afternoon (nap). Is it easier for some reason in the morning?

2) I can easily begin to have hypnotic imagery. I can passively watch things happen, but it's very difficult because everytime I remind myself to stay lucid, I get "sucked" back into my normal conscious self. How can I stay lucid?

3) I have meditated many times in the past with AMAZING results and feelings. During this, my eyes twitch rapidly (like REM) but I'm still conscious. The same thing has been happening as I attempt to WILD. Any ideas what this could be?
