SILD (Song Induced Lucid Dream) [song included]

You know how they say songs can send us subliminal messages and they often get stuck in our head???

What about a song that gives you positive thoughts about your ability to astral project, lucid dream and leave your body??? Well I have made a concept song that says that "you can" do these things.

I call it "enter the phase" due to my experiences with lucid dreaming at obe4u.com (they call lucid dreaming "entering the phase") right here: 12padams Lucid Journey

Check out my song at the link below and tell me what you think:
Lucid Dreaming Song By Philip Adams (12padams)

(yes that is me singing it but my voice has been electronically modified)

Anyone know any other lucid dreaming songs?

Eh, do you play the song as you are falling asleep or something? You didn't really talk much about the technique itself, just the song >_>

And I suppose this wouldn't be classified as a "lucid dreaming song" but it's still a great one I found when I was obsessed with liquid drum and bass. It isn't specifically talking about dreaming itself though :\

I am building a library of tracks that I will spin in dreams. This is the latest addition:

Songs like this subconsciously give you confidence. Confidence is the most important part of lucid dreaming because you receive what you expect. If you expect to fail you will yet if you expect to succeed you most likely will. Playing lucid songs before bed will allow you to remember to perform lucid actions (deilding, reality checks ect...) upon awakening (one of the best times). When it comes to helping with dilds its not as effective. The chances of dreaming of the song then becoming lucid is a lot lower...

Also good job for getting some songs... I myself know nothing about music and can't even sing/play an instrument. That song I posted was made by me using songify (it required no effort on my part... I simply spoke and it converted it into a more musical and catchy affirmation.

Thanks. The only instrument I have practiced enough to play well is the didgeridoo. So they are not actually my songs - just the best cuts for lucid dreaming from my collection of trance.

Here is another one that is good for confidence: Kai Tracid - Conscious.mp3.

Ah good job on getting more songs everyone!!!

I have now turned this song into a YouTube video which has a lot of lucid dreaming/astral projection footage in it. That should further increase your subconscious confidence on your ability to lucid dream and understanding on what it is (video to help your subconscious understand. You may check out the video below:

Enter The Phase - Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences Song - YouTube

Good luck in lucid dreaming and hopefully one day anyone will be able to lucid dream with the flick of a switch

"Check out my free eBook which fully logs my day by day journey from day 1 (discovery of a lucid dreaming guidebook). Over 200 descriptive pages show how I became the great lucid dreamer I am today."

You've had 9 lucid dream's, you seem full of yourself tbh.

      Actually that's using my scale...

When I dream chain I don't count them as multiple Lucids... Only one.
When I dream of being lucid (perform reality checks, fly, control my dreams) yet don't perform my plan of action (a specific goal I plan while awake) those don't count as lucid dreams. Instead they are simulated lucid dreams and don't count to my lucid dream count.
If I am lucid for less than 5 seconds and wake up then It's not a lucid dream.
The nightly lucid dreams (about 3000 I had from the age of 5-16) do not count because that's before I started writing my book.

Even with that said I do know what you mean and actually I was just about to change my signature. My whole life is being devoted to lucid dreaming (I am physically dying and don't have much time left) so that I can enjoy what little time I have left.

Just for your info I am writing multiple books (1 each year which logs my day by day experiences) and another with only my raw lucid dreams (no simulated ones, no techniques/methods) my future goal is make friends with a dream Character and make them wake up instead of me...

Anyway can't discus this anymore because it's off topic.

I'm sorry this is probably a great method and all but '3000' dreams between age 5-16, come on!

Yea I know... I had it so good but at that point the lucid dreams were induced by fear. I always met a black wild cat in each nightmare (multiple per night) and only woke if I got ripped to pieces by it or escaped it by jumping off my balcony to wake up. The wild cat was an instant lucidity trigger but when I moved houses at the age of 16 I just stopped having the lucid dreams. Then at 17 I become interested in lucid dreaming and started using techniques...

Apparently the wildcat was an astral creature that entered my dreams (according to someone else) but once I moved houses i escaped it anyway... I don't believe those count because my only plan of action was to wake up unlike the very controlled plans and sequences I have today.
