Weird Recall Problems

I discovered yesterday that from 3-4 days I have this very weird problem. I wake up in the morning and after 5-6 seconds I ask myself: What did I dream about? I am just lying in there for 1-2 minutes and I am trying to name possible objects that could appear in my dream and I still can't recall anything...And sometimes when it actually happens to recall a dream, I do it 10-20 minutes later, but it doesn't help so much.. Please help me because I can't recall dreams

Yes, that is very normal to remember dreams later on in the day, i'v remembered dreams i'v had later on in the week. lol I think the best thing to do is keep going with a dream journal, i'm sure your recall will improve.
