      How vivid are lucid dreams?!

Hi, i've never lucid dreamt before and i was wondering how vivid lucid dreams are, i read everywhere that it's like the real life but if you got like 16 fingers and a blurry vision how can it be so vivid as you say it is?? Also i got another question, when you get to sleep paralysis, what are you supposed to do then when you hallucinate and shit, just wait? and one more question, can i go to my school and bang everyone and it feels just like it would in real life? :O Thank you for answers

They wary in degree of control, awareness and realness. It could be clearer than real life, but also blurry and slow. It just depends on how experienced you are, and your luck at the moment.
You could also turn a blurry dream into a more vivid one by stabilizing and focusing into the dream.

Well there is no way of comparing, mine sometimes are very good quality, but its roughly the same as my non lucids, I can make my dreams become more vivid when lucid though.
The basic idea of a WILD is to fall asleep, so just try to stay calm and only slightly aware.

Sleep paralysis, as far as I know, is a good technique when trying to jump straight into a dream. So basically, if you experience sleep paralyises while still concious, I think you should wait and try not to panic. It can be uncomfortable, but it really depends on you. Go to sleep with the intention that it will be a positive experience and it should be all good. As for how vivid the dreams are, also depends on you. I feel the better dream recall you have, the more vivid the dreams become. Before I started keeping a dream journal and actually ataining lucidity, my dream eyes would lose the ability to focus, so while I could see in the dream, some parts were blurry and others weren't. Frustratingly, I could never see what I wanted to see. All that went away after being able to lucid dream and getting better at dream recall. Once you are lucid, the next thing you learn is dream control. You can become lucid but still not have any control of the dream. You just kinda go with the flow. So having your way with whoever you want might not work the first time lol. Just experiment. You'll find out soon enough.
