      Spasms during WILD

I've been trying to do WILD lately, but I keep running into the same problem. Once the hypnagogic images/sounds begin to take shape, my body starts to spasm and twitch. I'll notice a few slight twitches of my arms and legs, and as I get deeper into the hypnagogic images, I'll usually snap out of it. My whole body will spasm and I'll jump and be awake.

Does this happen to anyone else? If it does/did, how did you get past it?

Hey I've experienced this, although probably not as much as you seem to have it. Sometimes going to sleep, one of my limbs will just fling out or something and it wakes me up. I think it has something to do with sleep paralysis or the conscious letting go of control over the body.

Perhaps you could try changing your sleeping position when you WILD?

Well, that happens to me a lot, & believe me, I have been doing it for a while.. When you start twitching, the best thing to do is not think about moving. Sometimes that happens to me, too. Just as I finally fall asleep & am about to WILD, I jump, & I am wide awake. It is very annoying, but the best thing to do is ignore it!
      BTW, Welcome to the Forum!

the only advice i can give you is to just ignore it or concentrate on something else like you're intention or the vibrations. Try doing WILD at different times of the day or eat different things before you try it. You never know....

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
