So I've been able to realize I was dreaming a few times over the past week, but every time I got too excited and woke up right away. It seems like when I 'm sleeping I can't think straight enough to keep myself calm. Are there any tricks to this, or will it just take more practice? |

Sure- try this practice in waking life: Whenever you remember, think "This is a dream.. what would I do?" This practice is meant to keep you calm so when you do actually get lucid within the dream, you're not all.. "YIP YIP |
