      How long does WILD take???

iv been trying wild forabout a week now...and im wondering how long does it take until you start feeling vibrations, HI, and all that? is it normal for some people to take 30mins or even longer?

Ive been trying WILD for about the same amout of time, maybe a week and a day or so. The first time i did it, i got Audio after about 20 minutes, and sort of felt numb. Every time after that I dont get the vibrations so i wouldnt know. Usually I try WILD typically for 20-30 minutes before I try again. Is 20-30 minutes too short?
Its not until you lose everything that you are free to do anything

I've understood that it might take even an hour or so before you get into HI and stuff like that. The few times I succeeded with WILD it took at least half an hour to relax. Just be patient.

It usually depends on the following factors:
      Amount of Exercise +
      Amount of Sleep -
Usually, it can take me anywhere from 30 mins to an hour, but those 2 factors may effect the time it takes!

IT TAKES T-MINUS 10 SECONDS sometimes 30 seconds if im off a night . lmao it seems to work really fast for me if im actually TIRED wierd concept i know. if i try it without being tired it could take so long i just give up. so yea make sure u are tired and try to visualize moving into the blobs of HI and think of dreams youve had before, to exorcise the "dream muscle"

I think any bit of factors may affect the time it requires. Stress, exercise that day, or anything. I imagine it works like going to sleep. If you're tired, you'll go right to sleep. If your body is ready to rest, and your mind is not, your body will fall asleep. But what WILD is is keeping your mind active while your body makes a transition from wake to rest. Suddenly, you come to realize that your body is at rest everywhere except in your head.

That said because you don't need to worry about time. It's just a process you can choose to go through. If you're trying to focus on it enough to worry about time, it's going to take you a lot of effort and more time to gain composure enough to complete stages 5 and 6. I'd just get the sleep and wait for a more relaxed day.

It is rather hard to put a time limit on how long it will take. It can very for one individual, let alone seprarate individuals.
Also not all factors have to apply when you focus on the WILD technique. I have experianced WILDS and have yet to have any vibrating sensations. The HI, yes. But that may even very. Just try not to think of any technique as NOT being set in stone. They all may very depending on each individual.

Just checking if I got it right:

      More exercise is GOOD
      Less sleep is GOOD

is that it? I would guess so, cause you're more tired and whatnot.....

Yeah, my first (and only) successful WILD, which was 2-3 days ago, though it happened in the morning, was after a night where I just couldn't get any sleep, due to uncomfortable conditions (well, I got maybe 2 hours total)... but for most of the night, I just lied there, relaxing. At some point in the morning, after having gotten up for a pee or something, I lied down, and within seconds, vibrations came. I didn't expect them, but I just stuck with it, and succeeded, which was pretty cool.
