Remind yourself that you will awaken in a dream and visualize the last dream you can recall. This, combined with progressive muscle relaxation, can result in a non-REM lucid dream at bedtime or any other time. Good luck to you!

I'm a bit confused. I never had a WILD before. What are non-REM lucid dreams?

Unless your going through REM rebound, I've always assumed naps were too short for REM sleep to start.
