      EILD new method. Will it work?

      ok I have a question about my new method and was wondering if you could feel emotion in dreams (anger,sadness,fear,ect) becasue if you can then you can use emotions to trigger lucids. someone tell me and if the answers yes ill post the method.

      The only thing like that ive felt is anger, and that was in my last dream... some one flipped me off, so i chased them down and beat the crap out of them...

      But I didn't know it was anger, i just think thats what it was...

      Yes, of course you can. Some people claim that emotion is often even more powerful in dreams than in real life. Very strong emotions can be used as a dreamsign to trigger lucidity.

      Strong emotion often triggers an adrenaline rush. This causes a number of physiological changes including heightened awareness in dreams.

      This adrenaline rush will usually cause me to become lucid.
