Im new to all this and when i look at all these techniques they sound good but its hard to understand whats going on when people use code words like REM, and MILD etc.. |

Ok thanks man, i understand it now, so its just a lot more difficult to WILD before the first sleep, so tonight im going to try do it before then too and ill set my alarm for 5 hours after and ill try again, im usually way to tired to attempt anything at that stage though.. |

If you never tried WILDing, your best shot probably is trying a DEILD first, which is a shorter and much easier form of WILDing. Look it up at the tutorials, but the main idea is to wake up in the middle of your sleep (either alarm or intentionally -- micro-awakenings happen every night) and enter the dream directly without moving. |
