      Help, Was i lucid?

Im had a dream last night that felt lucid?
In the dream i said to myself i am dreaming and thought i began to wake up so span around, i didnt wake, and i tried doing things like flying which failed haha, after what felt like a 20min dream, i woke up and i couldn't help but think i had been dreaming about being lucid and not actually being lucid? if anyone understands me?
But is this normal does it happen to anyone else or wasn't i lucid?

2 weeks ago I had a dream were I was lucid dreaming, I actually realised I was dreaming for once but I wouldn't call it a full lucid dream because later on I eventually lost control of the dream and then it turned into a regular dream :/ I dont know maybe this happens for beginners.

If you realize you are dreaming you are lucid. You don't have to be able to fly or anything like that. Even I still have trouble with some of my dream powers/skills.

Just look at it this way: Just as you have to practice things such as playing instruments, sports, or other skills to be better at them in real life, you also have to practice controlling your dream powers. Once you practice your dream skills for a while, you will eventually become better at them.

A lucid dream is a lucid dream. Period. If you realize at any point that you are dreaming, that is defined as being lucid. Refer to THIS POST to learn the difference in being lucid and control. I often fall back into regular dreams after becoming lucid with over 15 years of LD experience. It happens.

If you knew you were dreaming, as in you were aware at that moment, it was. If not, it wasn't.

If you're asking "Was I lucid" then you can't be you should know when you're lucid and don't have to question it
