Hey guys!
I'v tried to FILD the last two nights (I'm obviously pro at the tech). Last night I was trying to relax and I ended up passing out. The night before I was to awake. Tonight I'm probably going to do some reverse blinking or tensing up my muscles and releasing. Each time I have FILD I wake up using a alarm which I manually turn off. So I have two questions. Is FILD still effective if you have to manually turn off an alarm? And second, does anyone have an advice on how to FILD or what to do?
