I have recently taken up a method I was using a while ago. I write in my DJ before bed to affirm my intent to LD and improve my dream recall. I don't make it a big deal about writing down my dreams though. I'm wondering if that's a way other people have used their DJs before.

As for how it's related to attaining lucidity, I've had awesome results doing this! I've done it on and of, and have started around three times now. One of the prior times, I went from absolutely no LDs and bad recall to having a LD withing 3 days of writing in my dream journal. Just a few days ago, after a couple of nights of this, I went from no recall to a couple rather vivid dreams.

I hope you guys can benefit from this. I don't claim to have invented this method. I probably read it somewhere, but I may have invented it. I dunno, so if someone else thought of this first, credit goes to them.
