      Strange way of getting lucid

      I dreamed (non-lucid) that I was walking around and suddenly I met a friend, and for some reason I asked "Are you lucid?"
      He said "Yeah."
      And then, I became lucid! I felt this was very strange, that someone else made me lucid. How could this happen? My friend who was in the dream had no memory of the dream encounter, so he was just made up by my mind. Aybody else had this happening to them?

      I could throw out some suggestions or ideas; but i cant be certain.

      He could have been your dream guide, or just a dream character formed to resemble your friend. And dream guides can help us in the dream world, im not saying this dream character is your dream guide, but there is a small chance! See if he visits you again, and chat with him!

      Talked to my friend, and he said he couldn't remember anything from that night, damn Would have been sweet to have shared a dream... Any of you that actually succeeded in this area?

      Some of us have tried, but for all i know, no one has succeeded. IT would be so cool to try though!

      I remember in fifth grade I used to share dreams with this one girl who was my friend and neighbor for about two weeks. It was nuts.
