Thread: "Are you dreaming?"

I know the feeling skwerlfish. Sometimes the suggestions I am listening to while I sleep get into my dreams and I find myself listening to a tape in my dreams telling me that I am dreaming. In fact, the last time this happened there were other people in my dream also and I was aware that all of them could also here this tape that I was listening to that was telling me "Iadr you are dreaming", yet I did not consider this odd, and of course did not think to do a reality check. For this reason I've decided to start including suggestions on my mp3 to tell me to do a reality check. Maybe that help me to remember to do a reality check while I am dreaming.

I would say not enough checks, really, although the thing is, when you're in a dream your logical thinking just kinda goes down the pan, so I guess it's unlikely to be your fault.

omgosh I hate that too!!! ur brain gives you the most obvious and easily recognizable dream signs and you dont even recognize them.....it really gets me mad in the morning

That happens me too but its even worse when you're like "Hey,I"m dreaming! Wahay!......Hey look at that tree......" and then you lose lucidness and wake up and you're like ".....fuck"
