what kind of foods or drinks contain a significant amount of B6 because I really dont think I can go to the store and buy the supplements and is B6 actually proven to help improve recall? |

To focus on one state of mind always.
yea, just go to basically any pharmacy. they have them there. matter of fact, i just got some 100 mg B6. is this usually enough to help with dream recall? |

and when he gets to heaven, to saint peter he will tell. "one more soldier reporting sir. i've served my time in hell"
B12 does nothing (that I know of) that would affect your dreams or sleep. 100-200 mg B6 should be good, but just check the link I posted earlier for the details. |

I coulint go so the store to get those "pills" becouse i would not want to explain to my patents about LD'ing and if i did they would think im crazy and if i did explain smae thing would happen and if i go to the store alone and get em and hide em they might think its drugs even tho it says on the bottle Vitamin B6 they could think i put drugs in the bottle... lots of reasons ppl like me cant go to the store and buy B6 becouse im just 14 adults can lie and say there doctor said to take em but not kids and teens... |
