The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep

I'm just wondering if any of you have read the book "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep"? Is it any good? Did you feel an increase in awareness and/or lucid dream count?

      Thanks

I haven't read the book, but I have read about Tibetan Yoga and Dream sleep although in my experience what you do during the day isn't as important as what you do right before going to sleep.
The intention and the mindset is the most important thing. Have an intention for what ever you want to do, recall, get lucid, dream incubation but don't expect and hope for it to happen too much, because that does more harm than good. But read it for inspiration and motivation, you will probably learn a thing or two

Yes, I found it very helpful, though it had too much religion weaved into the book. However, for your second question.. It's not as if suddenly reading the book makes your awareness become significantly better. It's a commitment thing - if you don't put the effort in in, you won't get results out. It's as simple as that.
