Good way to dream with clear head

I forgot where i saw this but i tried it and it worked for some time. When u get into bed try to recollect the main events that happened during the day. Go over them like a movie or a scene from a dream. Once you know what happened u dont really have anything to think about. Then you can just dream easier because you have events to build from.

Does anyone get this or am i just weird.

Ive read this a few places ells to. And if im not wrong its the buddists that uses that technique before going to bed, because as you say they is going to get a blank mind. Ive not tried it much, but its a good visualisation and focus excersise.

And offcourse extra hard when you have to see yourself going backwards trough the whole day

Great exercise, recalling all of the events that happened during the day, as this helps improve the memory and can help one remember ones dreams when awakening in the morning.

Ya ive noticed that when i do do this i easily fall asleep and i remember more of my dreams when i wake up. Not right away though it takes time for me to go back and remember and say OH YEA it was a dream.

I hate how i cant realize that i'm dreaming even though i know whats going on for the time being
