Ive read this a few places ells to. And if im not wrong its the buddists that uses that technique before going to bed, because as you say they is going to get a blank mind. Ive not tried it much, but its a good visualisation and focus excersise. |

I forgot where i saw this but i tried it and it worked for some time. When u get into bed try to recollect the main events that happened during the day. Go over them like a movie or a scene from a dream. Once you know what happened u dont really have anything to think about. Then you can just dream easier because you have events to build from. |

Great exercise, recalling all of the events that happened during the day, as this helps improve the memory and can help one remember ones dreams when awakening in the morning. |

Ya ive noticed that when i do do this i easily fall asleep and i remember more of my dreams when i wake up. Not right away though it takes time for me to go back and remember and say OH YEA it was a dream. |
