      WILD - during vibrations

      I usually have no problem going through the WILD process until I get to the vibrations. From what everyone else describes, I experience different stages to most. I rarely get HS or HI and have yet to get SP. Having said that I, I know I've been at the door quite a few times. Problem is, I dont have a clue what to do when I get the vibrations.

      I usually try to remain calm and kind of ignore them, still concentrating on the images I've been using to get to this stage. Every time I get to the vibrations I fail. The frustrating bit about it is that it's not that I'm over excited or afraid, I just dont know what to concentrate on. In most of the tutorials out there this is probably the least documented part

      Hmmm... I guess you should try to relax and not concentrate too much on anything. Kind of adopt a passive attitude when the vibrations start. Kind of like when you are driving down the road and see trees passing you by. You note that they are there, but you don't really focus on them.

      Here's an idea: Visualize the vibrations getting more intense. But be careful not to concoct any new sensations. You want the transition to be as smooth as possible, so focus on the stuff you're already experiencing, and only go slow.

      Other thought: The transition may have more than one set of vibrations. Like, if they go away, and you say to yourself "shit, just wasted an hour!", then you're screwing yourself up. Instead, if it goes away, just assume that it's a natural thing, and that the next set is coming in the next few seconds. Don't break your concentration when it subsides. This way, you're closest to getting more vibrations, until you get it right.

      Oh yes the vibrations i cant get past em when they come its like almost i stop breathing in my mind and think of nothing and then they stop!!! i had em on my last wild atempt and and like 4 more before that im geting colser every time but it seems that after the vibrations and im like "Shit i just wasted an hour i guess il try tomorow" i quit and go to sleep il try not to quit but its just so hard il get over the quiting thing sometime! il use Nesgirls tips on geting hyper and exersising before going to bed any other tips? this is realy juicy stuff keep em coming! these tips help me (and more ppl too...i hope )
