      Did Anything Happen??? Please advise!

i tried WILD last night for at least the 8th consecutive night. i woke up at 5, when back to bed, and layed completely still (effortlessly) for 2 whole hours. i didnt enter sleep paralysis i dont think, but i never had the urge to move. i dont think i had full vibrations, ut i did have a rush of sensation (gooood sensations) when i managed to clear my mind. i had quick flashes of HI and HS, and at one point when i was really clear, my eyes started moving fast and i felt something very odd, but i accidently opened my eyes and i lost concentration.

i noticed the only times i felt anything was when i managed to clear my mind. ive always used counting, but i think my mind is so overactive that by trying to clear my mind, i dont think ill accidently fall asleep. counting takes too much energy

It does sound like your mind is a little overactive. Next time, just relax for a while. When you begin to feel like you are falling asleep, then begin counting. If you count too soon, you tend to become too focussed on the counting and then will get frustrated.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Patience, & don't talk to Seeker that way!!
As for your questions, just try again (my mind is usually very active, but I usually don't need to concentrate that hard. And it sounded like you were going through REM while you were conscious (that has happened many times in my past)..
If counting is too hard on you, just try to relax!

its some very obscure gesture popular in white culture meaning something in the vein of "good job" or "hey, praise to you". i personally dont condone it.
