yea, just go to basically any pharmacy. they have them there. matter of fact, i just got some 100 mg B6. is this usually enough to help with dream recall? |

B12 does nothing (that I know of) that would affect your dreams or sleep. 100-200 mg B6 should be good, but just check the link I posted earlier for the details. |

I coulint go so the store to get those "pills" becouse i would not want to explain to my patents about LD'ing and if i did they would think im crazy and if i did explain smae thing would happen |
