I'm not sure about the "being hyper" bit, but I know that having a little caffiene -- just enough to help keep your mind active -- can really help achieve lucidity, whether by WILD or another method like WBTB or MILD. I know I'd never be able to get to sleep if I had a lot of caffiene, but just having one caffeinated soda or a chocolate bar seems just about right for me. |
