      Starting Over...

      hey all. i've been studing Dream Interpretaion for quite some time now and now i've just been starting to become really interested in Lucid Dreaming. i've come across many different way of becoming lucid but i would just like to know if someone could take the time to help me. If someone could tell me what to do/start doing so that i will be able to become lucid. thnx, ttyl bye.

      Well first of all, WELCOME to the forum!

      Its great to have you 'on board'

      To start becomming lucid? Well i cant tell you every theme of inducing or every method, but i can recomend a book and 2 web sites!

      EXPLORING THE WORLD OF LUCID DREAMING by Stephen LaBerge is the best LD book out now.

      and www.lucidity.com check them out and get the book!

      as a beginner it would be a good idea to start a dream journal. that will increase your dream recall and boost your chances of having a lucid dream. after I started my journal, I had my first LD in three days! like Lowercase said, check out those sites and definately pick up a copy of Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. good luck, and if you have any questions feel free to ask!

      well do i have to do a dream journal? i started one awhile ago, i did it for just like 4 nights tho... and plus my dream recall is fine... i can remember 1-3 dreams a night. so waht should i still do? like what should i do while laying in bed? would the PILD method be good? or what about RILD? someone plz answer me, lol...
