I've been interested in lucid dreaming for two years.
After many on and off attempts I have has 2 lucid dreams and one (almost) OBE.
I don't like to count my LD's, they have been when I realized I am dreaming but then I wake up seconds later.

Though, knowing I was aware I was in the "dream world" really excited me and brought child like happiness but I soon woke up. I was in my house (false awakening) I saw skeletons on my wall and thought I was dreaming. I plugged my nose for an RC and my nose lie squished into my face but I couldent breathe (your suppose too).

The floor was unstable and it was like gravity was glitching, like I was only half there. Then I woke up.

I also had an unintentional OBE. I felt vibrations and then my heart started too beat a mile a minute (so fast, never expirienced it before) I saw colors in balls start to "skew"/drag as I was floating up but then I thought about how there may be demons in my house (silly) and I stopped. After that every time I closed my eyes I started to float up again but eventually it stopped.

I regret not projecting as it doesnt look like it will happen any time soon.

I have ADHD, so sometimes I get really into something and read about/do it constantly but then eventually ill stop and never do it for a long time. This is like me and lucid dreaming.

It feels like there is no hope but I think I am prepared to dedicated and keep a dream journal.

What I want to do:
- Write in my DJ every day, imporve recall.
- Start doing more reality checks and trying the awarness thing.
- Attempting a WILD every night.
- Waking up in early morning (when im in that phase where I can instantly fall back asleep) and attempt WILD or AP.

Is there any suggestions you guys might have? Anyone here ADD that has successfully lucid dreamed?

Should I change my what i want to do list?
