This method allows you to control where you want to be in your dream. Doesn't have to be lucid but can be if you want to. It's 3 easy steps to programming your next dream for the night.
Step 1 - Dream Recall
First you must use this method of dream recall repeat the following "I will remember all my dreams and wake up after each dream" Trust me this works 100% of the time never fails. You will wake up after every dream and thats what you need to do.
Step 2 - Dream Architecture
Now that you have awakened from your first dream you should remember every detail of it. Make sure you have a peice of paper handy beside your bed and write down your next destination in your dream you can write "At school" or "At school realizing i'm dreaming".
Depends whether you want to be aware you are dreaming or not, now write that on the paper ten times while thinking about the action taking place from what you are writing.
Step 3 - Final Step Lucid Begins
Finally you have accomplished step 1 and 2 you are ready. Now remember the point of your last dream and while thinking about it say "I am getting more and more relaxed" 15 times. Thats a type of self hypnosis which makes you tired usually border line sleep level. So after that you must think of nothing but the dream or location you are planning to find yourself in your dream. You will find you my fall asleep rather quickly so while thinking repeat the text you wrote down on the paper in step 2 and when you fall asleep you will wake up in that dream in the new location.
