      why ADA works?!

      why does paying attention to owr external environnement while in a dream makes us lucid,because dreams are life like,wouldn't an ADA exercise just go on normally just like in real life,why does it trigger lucidity,is it because dreams just feel different and by practising that exercise we pay attention to that or is it something else.

      ADA works because it sharpens your awareness in waking life, and in dream life. By being aware of yourself, and your environment it is much easier to spot a dream sign.
