      WBTB-MILD-WILD - Works for me!

      I call this technique WBTB-MILD-WILD. Just, whenever you wake up in the night, chant in your head that you will have an LD. If you see HI or feel SP, go with it, but it almost never happens, so meh. Normally you just suddenly find yourself in this arbitrary something, and can shape it into a dream. Like, one second you are lying in bed, the next you are in a mall filled with giant rats on Saturn. Or whatever. I get all my LDs this way. Try it sometime.

      same thing with me, I don't even get sleep paralysis when I do this method. not only that but I don't even stay up for 30 minuts, I go back to sleep a few minuts upon waking using the MILD to stay conscious.
