How do you wake up without moving?

I pretty much got the part of not opening my eyes when I wake up, but I can't seem to avoid moving.

My dreams feel like very vivid movies to me. So once the dreams over, i instantly realize i have woken up and i do not move. So basically a mantra and good recall are very helpful

Actually you don't have to worry so much about that. It doesn't affect your attempt as much as you think, if you are in REM and are aware that you are awake as you look at the back of your eyelids, the DEILD process takes care of itself automatically. I have moved ALOT on most of my successful DEILD attempts, so as long as you don't jolt yourself out of your bed, your fine

There is one fast way to get super relaxed and see if you are in REM though. Try to fall asleep for 5 seconds Michael Raduga calls it "Forced Falling Asleep".
You basically just try to fall asleep but interrupt yourself just after you started and remain aware again. This somehow tricks your body to start whatever process that's going on in the brain and you can start to feel strange sensations in just a few seconds! Then you either focus on those sensations or create your own by for example imagining a recalled dream scene. And if you are in REM or if you are lucky enough to get a REM-Rebound, you will transition to the dream in less than a minute.

You can also use the forced falling asleep method to relax yourself very quickly anytime you wish.
