Moving furniture and unable to wake up

Hello all, I'm new here so I'll provide just a little information about myself. I am a 19 year old male currently attending college, about to leave for boot camp in the summer. okay so on to the dream.
I took a nap in my dorm room this afternoon and had a dream that I was in my dorm room watching myself sleep. I didn't really think much of it because it happens quite often, but then I got this feeling that something else was in the room with me, and it started to scare me so I tried to wake myself up. I then woke up and thought that it was over, only to find that my furniture was rearranging itself, and I knew instantly that I was still in the dream, and something was in the room with me. as I watched my bed switch from one side of my room to the other and my chair slide across the floor toward my sleeping body which at this point I was practically sitting on top of, I started to get extremely scared almost to the point of where i couldn't move. I kept begging myself to wake up and proceeded to slap myself in an attempt to wake up. then I woke up again, and this time I was in first person view, so I though maybe I had actually woken up. I went to look outside at the parking lot and saw that there were grassy medians in the parking lot with trees and flowers which was fine except for one problem; there aren't any of those in my parking lot. I then turned around to see my chair sliding yet again, and once again I broke down, unable to move from fear. I tried desperately to wake myself up, and started crying out to whatever was in my room to spare me. I then woke up, again in 3rd person view, and saw myself on my futon. then I stopped to take a quick glance around the room to make sure everything was in it's place, which it was. I then turned back toward the futon only to somehow switch back to a first person view, and see my body no longer on the futon. and this was when I realized I was dreaming again, because when I had gotten up off the futon the back was up and it was like a couch; when I turned to face it again the back was down and it was like a bed. I then felt the presence again, and then I saw myself in third person view on the futon struggling to open my eyes but unable to do so. The fear then returned, and this is when I actually woke up.

This is possibly the scariest dream i have ever had, and i want to hear everyones thoughts on it. thanks

I'm no expert in this, but I think you've had a great chance to confront the fear, since you were lucid. Try to remember it's all happening in your head.

I've read stories about people turning their nightmares into funny or sexy dreams, for example, tiger was chasing the dreamer and when he turned around to stand against the tiger, it turned into sexy woman.

Maybe you can imagine that the objects spinning in your room are the animals on merry-go-round and the presence is some child sitting on one of the animals trying to steal your sweets. (which, of course, you have in your pocket)

      Hope this helps.
