Ooh, ooh, I know this one. You can try many of the lucidity techniques discussed... HERE: http://www.spiritual.com.au/articles/astra...d2_lfoleide.htm

Not nessecarily. If you do a WILD you will slip into REM already in a lucid dream since you are still awake. Other than that, I think so. The RT will probably be triggered by something odd like you are flying, but yeah.

I'm not sure exactly if you get sleep during WILD. I would think so, since you still get sleep in lucid dreams which is your concious mind awake, but your physical body still asleep and dreaming. Like any other method, how fast you get WILDs is dependant on the individual.

Err, MILD is a good way, but also mental preperation throughout the day is important too. You should do many reality checks throughout the day and find out your personal dreamsigns. Perhaps you walk through doors a lot in your dream, so the next time you walk through a door, do a RT. Then in your dream you will remember to do a RT when you walk through a door and you will probably become lucid.
