So far, no good. The lights are coming up too fast and when I look at them real quick, they go away. It would be better if they either gained intensity really slowly, so I won't focus on them so fast, or if they were really big so they would be at the center of my vision.

Something that seems to help is laying on my side. Several times the lights took longer to come to, and were not so intense. Also I felt like I was about to start flying several times. I'm going to keep trying this, although I prefer sleeping on my back.
