      Help me!!!

So 3 times in a row (over a period of 1 month) I have had lucid dreams where its pitch black and it seems like my dream is going to form a dreamscape , but it doesnt and everytime I try quickly to form one from previous memories or dreams.
This has become a bother as last night it happend maybe 10 times in row of just sitting in pitchblack.
I can tell its about close to forming a dream but it doesnt then this woosh sound comes and I either just end up waking up or this continuous process keeps happening.(woosh sounds something like this How to make the famous freddiew "whoosh" noise - YouTube )

Please help me I don't know how to fix this.
      Thanks

There's this symbol on the keyboard below the 'L' and if you press it you get this magical symbol which separates ideas and makes them easier to understand. Just thought you should know.

This used to happen to me when I first started to get lucid dreams, but it was only while the dreams were fading out. I'd realize I was dreaming but wouldn't be able to hold onto the dream, it would gradually fade out and then turn black for a few seconds before I woke up. Is this what's happening to you, or are you in this dark area as soon as you realize you're dreaming?

If it's the former, then you need to practice remaining in the dream for longer. If it's the latter, you might only be getting lucid dreams while fading out of dreams or going into them, for some reason. Maybe your awareness is increased during those times.
