      Is this A Good Book for me??

      hey all. i would just like to ask if the book: "Exlporing The World Of Lucid Dreams" is a good book? Has anyone else read it? I am a beginner/intermediate person on lucid techniques and information. I am just wondering if this book is good/good for me? THnx in advanced, bye.

      ok thnx alot. i'm going to get it from the libaray today. i then will return it eventually if i don't have time to renew it, lol. some questions i have about it are:

      -is it hard to understand?
      -is it for beginners?
      -is it for experts?
      -will it help me get my first lucid dream??

      if anyone can answers these questions, i'd be most greatful .
