Dream recall mastered... Need help with next step!

I have dreams everyday now -- just today I had 5 pages worth of dreams (condenced too) but theres one thing I just cant get... LUCID!! sure having a vivid awsome dream every night garanteed is great but I want more then anything to know I'll have a lucid everyday! (or every other day... Even every week!!) but no it seems everything I try fails. I've tried MILD 3 times now and I think Im doing it wrong all I could muster was a puny few second lucid and a false awakaning. I do RTs every dreamsign I see in real life yet it seems to be completely lost in my dream world. I think Im doing it all right and I believe it SHOULD be working but im so far from mastering LD its frusterating.. It would be nice to have one within the next YEAR if possible... Yeah im being over dramatic but seriously.. Should I take a break? Am I doing somthing wrong? Advice please ^^;

Read through your dream journal, and pinpoint some DREAMSIGNS...in other words, try to find similar objects, things, people, and every time you see them in the waking reality do a reality check! GOOD LUCK!

nope.. Never got EWOLD but hey I've read a years worth of other books. I know Im a fool for not getting it yet.
