      I can't keep lucidity

I recently tried WILD,and I succeded in realizing I was dreaming(just by the way my go-cart looked when I went out to drive it) but the first thing I did was jump up and start flying, I guess that was a bad idea because I woke up right then So I wanted to know how to extend my lucid period beyond 3 seconds
      You guys suck.

      It'll get better.

I am sure you have read all the posts about spinning and not getting excited, to I won't insult you.

The key is practice! Just have as many as you can, they will get longer and control will increase.

Never, ever, get excited when you LD. That wakes you up very fast. Also, one of the first things you should do when you have an LD is to increase your lucidity (look at hands, simply ask for better lucidity, feel a texture of something, spin).

come on LC, it's hard not to at first. ffx-dreamz, I wouldn't suggest flying in your first lucid dreams, right now, work on staying calm and staying in the dream as long as possible. once your lucid dreams are as long as non-lucid ones, then you can work on other things, I suggest vividness.
