      WILDing question..

does you mind have to be somewhat tired? cause i play sports everyday and my body is usually exhausted, and since you have to get your body to fall asleep and your brain to stay awake, could you do it after playing a sport? my mind is still pretty awake but i don't feel like moving my body at all 8) i was just wondering if anyone knew

yeah, you could actually. it might actually work really well for you. Anyway, just make sure you're mind isn't too active/awake. if you are, then you wont be able to slip into a dream and sleep

btw, what sports do you play? :D
