Yes, you can have a lucid dream any time you enter a REM cycle. Your first REM cycle kicks in 90-120 minutes after you fall asleep at night. You will enter REM sleep on average every 90 minutes. |

Heya all. Well, I had my first two LD's (after actually knowing what these things were), and I just learned about it yesterday. But I think the only reason I had them was because I was so excited about wanting to have one yesterday. Is there anyway I can actually go to sleep and possibly have one (without having to wake up 6 hours through)? I REALLY don't want to get out of bed, then get back IN bed. Anyways, any help would be appreciated. |

Ahh, okay, I appreciate the info. I really need to still train my LD's better. One more thing, can I start a WILD, and when I feel the hypnagogic imagery, start then MILDing? It's such a better thing for me, but I can get the the imagery stage with WILD, if you understand what i'm saying, lol. Anyways, I appreciate the help. |
