Need help from any and all WILDers

Well, as I've said in my other thread, I can get extremely far into the WILD process, I can get full SP and a few minutes later I Feel strong vibrations like jolts of electricity. After this, though, IU havent a clue on how to enter a dream. Usually I sit there listening to my LD induction tape until I get bored and decide to move. Can I have some advice on a good way to enter a dream? I've tried it after 6 hours sleep and I get the same exact results, just laying there, tired and paralysed. I actually get more intense feelings at the start of the night...
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

one of the important things(which i dont know if you're doing or not) is not to think of lucid dreaming or entering a dream. That will keep you awake or anxious. It sounds like you got the SP down, but nothing in the mental part. Are you seeing hypnogagic imagery? Its quite important(but not necessary for the more experienced i think) in order to enter the dream. It's sort of like the door into your dream. You have to keep a clear mind and just let things drift. Let your mind drift into thoughts, but not to much or you'll loose subconciousness. Once you see the hypnogagic imagery, just watch it. then when you see something you like, concentrate/focus on it and well....kind of hard to explain. it goes from a regular size tv to the screens at the movies. It'll automatically expand and take a life of it's own in creating the scenery.

hope that helps. To be honest, i've only done it once, but i've read about it plenty of times from others

      Hey 'The Guardians'
I do WILDs all the time. But not the proper way, if fact, I never have. I thought you'd be interested in my short cut technique of WILD.

First of all I do the WBTB method. Then after the awake period is up I simply go to sleep, have a few DILDs here and there etc..

Then there's a part throughout the night where I randomly and unintentionally awaken into sleep paralysis.

From here, do the relaxing, ignoring the sounds and images, and you'll be in the dream literally in about 30 seconds - sometimes 20! It's ridiculous. Don't freak out if you OBE here, me and my friends OBE every single time.

I've told this method to my mates and they praise it highly. Give it a go! By the way, if you don't wake up into SP then you'll be very close to it.

Hey man, sorry I couldn't help you out much before I got kinda busy. But I'm here now

Oh and Alfred, aren't those the best sort of WILDs? When something wakes you either mid-night or early morning and it must be perfect timing because like the second you close your eyes again you are in the vibrational stage and in a lucid dream before you know it.

Right now it sounds like you are experiencing only the beginning stages of WILD, and the start of SP. You know you are in full SP when you reach the vibrational stage. Anyways, if you aren't experiencing any HI, and it sounds like you aren't I think you are too conscious. If you remain too conscious throughout the WILD process you will never make it into a lucid dream. You sort of drift out and then when you feel something happening with your body you kind of snap back to consciousness and are more aware of everything. This comes in waves...as you slowly drift out more and more. You need to let go of everything and just get lost in your own thoughts and eventually you will see the HI. It's a fine line between being too aware and falling asleep...and a WILD is a pretty difficult thing for some people to master so it will take some time and practice. Don't lose patience.

Also, do what works best for you. If you are having more progress at different hours of the day or night stick with that. I usually have unintentional WILDs all the time when I nap during the day. I just lay down to take a nap and before I know it I'm lucid!! Though that hasn't happened since I stopped napping during the day like 2 months ago.

Anyways...we should try to chat on IM again whenever you get the chance.
