A DILD is not a technique, is a type of lucid dream that begins when you're dreaming, as opposed to WILD which you begin the lucid dream by falling asleep consciously |

I used to have a lot of lucid dreams before that were natural. Now I haven't had any for a few years and want to induce one. What I'm wondering is what technique should I use and what tips do you have. I thought I should do a DILD by WBTB. I thought it would be good to go this way because from what I remember, I used to look at my hands a lot, and on top of that I am very skeptical(which make DILD's a hell of a lot easier naturally), so when I would wake up and go back to sleep I would remember the dreams, go through them somewhat consciously and (sometimes) have lucid dreams. I'm pretty sure the technique is alright for me, but what tips do you have and are there any stupid mistakes I should avoid. |

You need to discover those techniques once again. |

Thanks for the help, I'm going to attempt CrazyInsane's "CAN-WILD", this method is a lot like the natural method I used to do, except that I am being woken by an alarm, not my body. I don't even know if it is a proper method but it is basically what happened to me naturally, so I will try it. |
