It can definitely benefit you in becoming lucid. I'd suggest that every time you check your watch in waking life, try to move the hands/numbers/etc with your mind. You obviously won't be able to do it in waking life, but in the dream world the hands/numbers will move. Also, checking it twice is key. Check it once, and then on the second check, see if the numbers have changed or if the hands have moved on their own from the last time you checked. If they have, you are dreaming. So, check it twice, try to manipulate it with your mind on each check. Do this in reality and in the dream. |
