So i been having lucid dreams for about 2 years now . 4 a week at peak then a few months dry spell when im busying in real life things.

Ive been trying to have obes ( out of body experiences ) with no real results . All of the time it just ends up been a lucid dream . These experiences are still great and at the time sometimes i feel like its a real obe . but then release objects out of place when i wake up or feel they weren't vivid enough .

Anyways by trying to have these obes ive been having more lucid dreams than ever.

And it ends up been a pretty lazy easy way .



Method goes like this .

Go to bed .
Have a normal dream .
When you wake up from this dream dont move at all . even if you feel uncomfortable try not to think about your body .
Sit there and think about the dream for a min . Try not to fall back to deep sleep .
Then Roll or try to exit your body by sitting up .
Float out of the window and think of an image and it will be on the other side .

Reason why this works is most of the time you will have a false awaking and you will think o i just had a dream and im laying in bed. But really your still in the dream state .
When trying to get out of your body . dont actually move your physical body . Just with your dream body .
Assume your always still in a dream no need to do reality checks if you still say your dreaming.
IF you move you will wreck the effect and actually wake up from your false awakening .

Let me know if this works for anyone else or if im just crazy. Mybe someone here has to ability to have a real obe ha .
