Question My dreams are becoming more vivd.

Hey people, i am noticing my dreams are becoming more vivid and i am very happy for it.
Does this means also i can be close to become lucid?

Actually even though it feels like your dreams are becoming more vivid and it's because of some randomness and your mind.

The truth is rather that YOU are becoming more aware of your dreams which also answers your question.

Yes you are closer to lucidity.

      Keep up the good work!

Mine aren't at the moment. It may be because I'm old and can't self-condition so easily...and I'm certainly trying. But, I'm getting some promising results with my attempts with WBTB & WILD and that might be the way in for me. Not through the front door and down the hall but straight in through the bedroom window

Congratz! You are indeed closer to becoming spontaneously lucid. Your vividness is because your mind is paying more attention to details in your dreams, and that means your more likely to say to yourself "Hey, wait a second, I must be dreaming!"

My dreams in the past month have become extremely vivid; moreso than they have ever been before. I'm not sure whether it is because I am paying more attention in waking reality or because of my relatively new meds (anti-depressants prevent the brain from absorbing serotonin, and serotonin is processed into a chemical (can't remember which) that facilitates dreaming).

      Or, so I've read.
