      Why can i only have semi lucids?

      I dont dream very often, but when i do theyre kinda semi-lucids. I mean i know that i am dreaming but my dream controls everything, anyone have a way of making this fully lucid?

      any suggestions?

      we all dream EVERY night!! You just might not remember them.

      Try the wake back to bed method.

      MILD, or DILD woudl work too.

      you might be just dreaming that you are lucid. i do this all the time. actually being lucid feels much different, like you are wide awake and you have full control. yeah just try mild or something more often
      420/24/7/365 herb?
