I dont doubt that what happened during the day manifested themselves into your dreams that night, but... If you actually think about it; for the amount of things that did manifest, there was alot more that didnt. And if you think one bit further; There's no way you can prepare for everything you experienced. |

i dont see how anything you said (first post) could do anything as a trick.... |

If all your Dreams do is haunt your daily experience, then there is little ultimate gain. yes, there can be some value, if one had been dealing with some intricate problems and the Dreaming helps to resolve them. But if one is simply doing the same old thing, then to dream of such redundancy would be a tragic waste of Dreamings Potential. |

REM sleep and dreams are a neccesary time period in which the brain makes important neural connections to help you remember and build upon prior knowledge with things you learned and experienced during the day. People refused REM sleep and subsequently dreams are left in a profound state of confusion and mental debilitation. Therefore, it is only logical that you may often incorporate things from waking life into the dream world. After all- conscious or unconscious, it's all part of your life, isn't it? |
