      Finally!

      I have done it, my REM timing is 6 hours. i woke up extremely tired and was able to go back to sleep while thinking about a technique. i didn't have one for this, tonight i will... maybe now i can get things right!

      Maybe have a goal ready to think about and use an awareness technique while falling asleep. For example: being aware of thoughts, visuals, sounds, feelings, body sensations, etc..

      Mixing it with FILD. must work that way as i can fall asleep so quickly.
