      WILD and Music

Just wondering, does listening to music while attempting WILD make it harder to WILD?

I tried it, but it didn't really work. I have to try it again. But I wonder if it will ever work. Your body has to go to sleep while you stay up conciously. Problem with music is that when your body goes to sleep, your senses shut down except for touch which doesn't completely shut down. So eventually your music will fade out, I guess.

well...it could go both ways i suppose. The thing is you need to stay awake long enough for the hypnogagic imagery and vibrations to set in which is what the music can do, but you also need to be able to sleep somewhat at the same time which the music can prevent. It's tough to try and get a little bit of both in order to make it successful. You can go ahead and try it though.
