Since there is a thread about audio induction, I thought this might help some people.

Check this out: Possible Holy Grail Technique

I think I may have found the perfect technique. Stephen Laberge, the top lucid dream expert in the world, did a 2 hour radio interview 7 months ago. I downloaded a 13.5meg mp3 recording of that interview and I set it to LOOP play softly from a speaker next to my pillow while I slept last night. I had three lucid dreams in the morning. I only turned off the audio when I was sure I was finnished sleeping and got out of bed for the day. I'm going to try it again tonight.

The 13.5meg mp3 Steven Leberge interview is still downloadable from the site of one of our members.[/b]
I haven't gotten a lucid dream from it, but that's because I only tried it a couple of times and haven't bothered to try again.

Here are a few tips for this (if you don't want to read through all the replies):
-don't play it when you are first going to sleep or you won't be able to go to sleep
-have it start playing after 4-6 hours (I guess during REM?) or turn it on when you wake up during WILD
-have the sound low enough where you can barely hear it (keeping in mind that when you are sleeping it will be dead silent)
